Product Support:

Toradex provides off-the-shelf Support Hours for the customers. Full custom designs are available on request. Support Hours are governed by the Toradex Terms and Conditions and Support Services Agreement. Please note that all Support Hours are for Windows CE and Toradex hardware only. Support for Linux now provided by Toradex.

Please access to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do

Enter

  • Your Company State, VAT Number (based on your Billing Address)
  • Toradex German VAT Number

And click Verify

Check VAT Number and Company Information

If your VAT Number is Valid you will get the result as shown in picture below (VAT Validation Response, see next page). Please check that the information shown on the VAT Validation Response match the data you entered in the Toradex Webshop order.
